1. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Postage and packaging is extra and is itemised on the PayPal 'shopping cart' page.
2. We have a secure payment system with PayPal to keep your details free from abuse.
Also we do not disclose your personal details to any third parties.
3. All goods are packaged suitably for general carriage by post or courier globally.
4. All deliveries are by letter or parcel post unless requested otherwise. Courier deliveries may incur an additional charge. UK delivery is normally made within 7 days after leaving our premises but please allow longer at Easter and Christmas. If we are out of stock of the item ordered we will inform you by email giving you a delivery date.
5. Orders for delivery outside the UK may take longer. We cannot be responsible for delays incurred in deliveries outside the UK.
6. In the unlikely event you have missing or late delivery, please email your details to the address at the bottom of the page or on the contact page.
Please quote your order number from the order confirmation from PayPal, plus your name and address so that we can trace your order and deal with it promptly.
7. Due to postal delivery variations we cannot guarantee a precise time of arrival.
8. If, when the goods arrive they are not what you expected, or are damaged, please return them to us within 7 days in the original packaging. Please put a note inside with your PayPal order number from your order confirmation, plus your name and address. We will then be able to deal with your request promptly and we will either exchange the item, or return your money. We will return your purchase price plus the postage fee from ourselves to your address, but you will have to pay the postage from your location back to us.
9. When we receive your email or phone enquiry requesting a refund, we will give you the full address to which you can return the product.
