When the mind is

at peace

the world too is

at peace.

Nothing real,

Nothing absent.

Not holding on

to reality,

nor getting stuck

in the void,

you are neither holy

nor wise, just

an ordinary fellow

who has completed

his work.

LAYMAN P'ANG

c. 740-808

'Silence and seclusion

are the secrets

of success.

In this modern

life of activity

there is only

one way to

separate yourself

from its ceaseless

demands..

get away from it

once in a while..

Yogananda

'Autobiography of

a Yogi'

Ten thousand flowers

in spring, the moon

in autumn, a cool

breeze in summer,

snow in winter.

If your mind

isn't clouded by

unnecessary things,

this is the best

season of your

life.

WU-MEN

Empty your mind

of all thoughts.

Let your

heart be at peace.

Watch the turmoil of

beings, but

contemplate their

return.

Each separate being

in the universe

returns to the

common source.

Returning to the

source

is serenity...

Peaceful Space

Welcome to your Peaceful Space where you will find a meditation or technique that brings you back to sanity, to re-center, re-focus, to let go and relax.

Being in your Centre of Balance

READ SLOWLY THROUGH THIS MEDITATION BREATHING INTO THE WORDS IN YOUR MIND.......

Put aside judgement and rejection
And just be with yourself.
Let go of any tensions, irritations or
feelings of dissatisfactions and simply
be as you are.

Relax into yourself
Accept this very body that is your own
and stand firm in that which you are.

Make peace with your own mind,
The flow of thoughts, feelings & sensations
As they arise.
Allow your mind to be still here and now
Make friends with your own presence.

Let go of the drama of resistance and negation.
Accept your whole body,
Your mind and soul
Feeling gratitude for all that you are
and all that you have.

Breathe consciously,
Letting the breath come and go freely.
Let it deepen and satisfy you completely.

Become aware of that place deep within you
that desires to breathe, to live.

Tune into that impulse that draws
the breath in and lets it go.

Breathe,
Be comfortable with yourself
Accept your self and
be free, be centered, be you ....

RUMI

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing
there is a field.  I'll meet you there.

When the soul lies down in that grass,
the world is too full to talk about.
Idea, language, even the phrase
each other
doesn't make any sense.
